Policies for Individuals

With the permission of a user, information submitted at the time of submission may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by CHE and may be shared with our affiliates or companies that have been pre-screened by CHE. If a guest objects to such use for any reason, he/she may stop that use -- either by e-mail request or by modifying his/her information online.

Refund Policy

In the event CHE programs are cancelled, the company will issue refunds less a 5% administration fee. Otherwise, clients have a credit they can use for up to 2 years. 

About IP Addresses

CHE collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration. An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer when you connect to the Internet. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address.

When guests request pages from the CHE website, our Internet Service Provider will log the guests' IP addresses. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us.

Cookie Policy

CHE and the CHE website does not collect cookies.

Links to Other Sites

Users should be aware that when you are on CHE site, you could be directed to other sites. These includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data or solicit personal information. Their policies may not be the same as our, surfer beware.

Please keep in mind that whenever you give out personal information online, your information can be collected and used by people you don't know. While CHE strives to protect our user's personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.
